When you have granddaughters, you make doll furniture. These pieces are sized for The American Girl Dolls. They made a great Christmas gift and two very happy little girls.
Ok, I'm retired! So what else to do but make animals?
Check out the pictures above. Those little drawers, 70 of them, I made to store all the nuts & bolts, fasteners & stuff that you always have cluttering up your shop. What a great project. Except: Using a Grex 23 gauge pin nailer, I shot one into my finger.
Check out the X-ray, ER couldn't take it out as it was stuck in the bone. Had to go to a surgeon. "Lesson Learned"
Kitchen cabinets for my son John:
This was a great project. Red Oak fronts. Sliding drawers for pots & Pans and pull outs for trash & recyclables. And then drawers across the top.
Under Construction
Porter-Cable makes this awesome dovetail machine. Note the template mounted on it. That one is for half blind & sliding dovetails. The template sitting behind is for through dovetails & box joints.

Drawer fronts are 1" thick & sides are 1/2".
